Hello, my name is Dr. Melvin C. McDowell Jr., and I am a College Professor, Clinical Psychotherapist, and fully licensed Clinical Social Worker in the States of Texas and Michigan. I'm also a Doctoral graduate from Tulane University. While I work with ANY and ALL ADULTS, my primary focus over the last couple of years have been with the Professional Male population. While, professional men of all racial and ethnic backgrounds seek me out for services, Black Male Professionals and other minority men of color specifically find value in my services.

I've provided services to doctors, lawyers, officers, clergy, other therapist, entrepreneurs, teachers, music executives, government officials, CEO's, Pro & College Sports Players, and many more. My clients tend to have challenges in their career, depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, trauma, grief, loss, and challenges with focus and concentration.
