Do You Offer Telehealth?
As an agency we offer telehealth but not all therapist offer telehealth. There are even some age groups and specific conditions that does not allow telehealth to be the best option.
Can I see a therapist if I still have a balance?
Our goal is never to hinder services, but like any business, we have bills and staff that we have to pay. Our only request is that if you get behind in payments, that you set up a payment arrangement with our front office of anything old and stay current on new bills.
If i can't make it to session, will I have to pay a no show fee?
In the history of our agency, we have never assessed anyone a no show fee. We need for our clients to understand that if they have to miss an appointment that they let our office or their therapist know ASAP. Therapist have long waiting list and our communities are in need of therapist. A missed appointment by you, could have been a met appointment for someone else.
Can anyone use your food pantry?
Unfortunately at this time, our food pantry can only be used by current and active clients.
Can someone come to my school or place of employment and speak about mental health?
