Have you found yourself overwhelmed at times with life's stressors/challenges? Have you ever felt stuck, lost or unsure? Have you ever thought so negatively about yourself that it impacted your day-to-day life? These are just some common themes out of many others that I have had the privilege of helping clients with. Whether you are just starting your change process or are five years into working on your identified goals, I will meet you where you are at in order to help you achieve your desired outcome(s).

I provide a nonjudgmental environment in which I invite clients to be their authentic self. I utilize an empathetic, strengths-based approach in order to help foster a strong therapeutic alliance between myself and my clients. I am effective at supporting clients unconditionally, while being able to point out contradictive statements.

Change in any capacity is often not easy or linear. However, I am eager to support/push you when working towards your goals. I am also eager to celebrate your accomplishments along the way.
