 As a compassionate clinical therapist, my goal is to help you make the positive changes you want in your life in a safe and comfortable environment. Many of us carry the world on our shoulders. Just remember your mental health comes first. It is difficult to build enough trust to express your personal thoughts and feelings with someone, but it is even more difficult to find the right therapist to talk to.

I provide therapy to individuals struggling with past traumatic experiences, anxiety, depression, and interpersonal relationship concerns. I have experience working with teens to young adults, as well as working with older adults. Everyone is unique and will go through the therapeutic process differently and at their own pace.
