Life can be overwhelming at times due to personal, and existential circumstances. These individual life stressors can leave a person with no time for themselves. Thus, reaching out for help can be a difficult first step.
Knowing this, my goal during therapy is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental environment with compassionate understanding to assist you towards your desired outcome.
Following the completion of both my BSW & MSW from Saginaw Valley State University, I utilize person-centered planning, strengths-based, and humanistic perspectives to assist you in achieving your desired goals.
