I have experience working with children, teens and adults. I work with presenting problems such as self esteem, depression, anxiety, trauma and life transitions.

Deciding to seek help when you are feeling "stuck" is the first step. We all grow at a different pace, so I utilize client centered therapy where treatment meets each individuals needs. Together we can define your goals and create change!
