I strike to create an atmosphere of openness, trust, and respect as the foundation of the therapist-to-client relationship. Together we can aim to discover and develop personal strengths along the journey of the healing process.
I have extensive experience working with children, teenagers, and adults. This includes those experiencing depression as well as other mental health issues, substance abuse, ADHD, ODD, anxiety, relationship and family issues, school related concerns, sports related issues, post-traumatic stress disorder, domestic violence, sexual abuse, juvenile sex offenders, grief and loss, self-esteem issues and anything related to LGBTQ concerns or issues.
I utilize a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma focused CBT, mindfulness, reality therapy, relapse prevention, and solution-focused approaches to assist you in the journey of good mental health.
