Counseling is an interactive process involving both you and me. It can involve sharing of personal information and feelings, examining the circumstances and choices that have brought you to this point in your life as well as considering new or alternate ways of approaching your life today and in the future.
I believe that when you begin to change your thinking and build on your strengths, you can begin to change your life. Counseling is a process and it will take some work from both you and I. My goal is to build a professional counseling relationship with you as my client. Throughout this relationship I encourage you to share any questions or concerns with me that you may have throughout this process. My goal is to provide you with a safe, comfortable, and judgement free environment. I truly believe that counseling can be very beneficial in one’s life.
