Counseling & Therapy Services provided at MHAC

Individual sessions can occur in office from 45-60 minutes. 

With a select few therapist who offer couples counseling, this can occur for 45-90 minutes. Common relationship topics: Communication, finances, infidelity, infertility, mental health, premarital counseling, and how to help opposites thrive. And many more...

Family counseling can involve anyone that you call family. While identifying which family member is the "Identified Client" you and your therapist will explore how the family dynamics impact the functioning of the identified client and the family as a whole. These are 45-60 minute sessions.

Sessions for children can happen in the office or in their school. Not all therapist do in school counseling. Sessions are 30-45 mins long. 

There are new groups forming all of the time. If you have a need for a group, please let us know. We would love to hear from you. 

MHAC has a team of therapist with diverse experience. At any moment you can contact us and inquire about a training for your staff or school. Trainings are designed to your specific needs. Don't hesitate to call.
