As a compassionate person who has worked in the mental health field for 20 years and traveled my own healing journey, my greatest joy is helping others find happiness and fulfillment in life! Using a mindful approach I help clients identify and build on their strengths and values, feel empowered, heal trauma, change limiting behaviors, improve relationships, gain coping skills, find renewed hope and self-compassion, and ultimately feel more at peace with themselves. I work with most ages and have extensive experience with anxiety, depression, addictions, and survivors of trauma, sexual assault and domestic violence. I also do a lot of work with relationship issues and codependency. I am laid back, nonjudgmental, intuitive and understanding. These traits help clients feel safe and to quickly and easily open up with me.

I am trained in many modalities, and believe in a holistic approach, addressing all levels of our being for overall wellness. Spiritual and alternative therapies available upon request.
