Greetings to you all. My name is China Baker and I am a clinical social worker. I specialize in working with youth from the ages of 12 to 17 that struggle with self-esteem, anxiety, and emotional regulation. Although I service all age groups, I have a huge zeal for working with youth. One of the greatest jobs I have held thus far is being a wife and a mother of two beautiful children.

I am a Saginaw native and I attended and graduated from Saginaw Public Schools. Being an inner city youth, I recognized that I had a calling to advocate for at risk individuals and empower them to become a better version of themselves. I had the privilege to graduate with my MSW from Saginaw Valley State University, and I have learned a ton about the need for therapy in the black community. I stand firmly on the quote "Broken crayons still color" because no matter what happens to you in life your purpose never changes.
